Acceptable Use Policy.
What you may and may not do with tapinall — the rules that keep the catalog safe for everyone on it.
The principle
tapinall, operated by Pawbytes, gives your software metered access to third-party API tools. Use it lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm the people, platforms, or providers on the other side of your calls.
You may not use the service to
- Break any law or regulation, or violate the rights of others — including intellectual property, privacy, and data-protection rights.
- Send spam, run unsolicited mass outreach, or create fake engagement, reviews, or social proof.
- Distribute malware, run credential attacks, probe systems you do not own, or facilitate unauthorized access to data or services.
- Generate sexual content of any kind, non-consensual imagery or deepfakes of real people, or any content targeting or exploiting minors.
- Run gambling, trading, or financial-advisory services, or anything a regulator would require a license for.
- Circumvent the service’s rate limits, pricing, authentication, or metering.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account credentials or API tokens, or let another party operate your account, without our written agreement.
- Misrepresent the service or use it to build a competing catalog assembled from our infrastructure.
Third-party terms
Many catalog endpoints are operated by third-party providers with their own terms. You are responsible for complying with the law and the terms applicable to the data and services you access through the catalog.
Enforcement
We investigate suspected violations and may warn you, suspend catalog access, or terminate the account — immediately where the risk demands it. We may preserve and share records where the law requires.
Reporting and questions
Report abuse or ask whether a use case qualifies: support@tapinall.com. When in doubt, ask before you build — an honest question costs nothing and a suspended account costs days.
