Refund Policy.
How refunds work for prepaid tapinall credit top-ups: the 14-day window, what is refundable, and what is not.
The 14-day window
You can request a refund for a top-up within 14 days of purchase, to the extent the purchased credits are unused. Email support@tapinall.com from your account email with the payment reference and we will handle it — usually within a few business days, on the payment partner’s processing time.
What a refund does to your balance
A refund debits the refunded share of the purchased credits from your balance. Partial refunds are possible: if you spent part of a top-up, the unused part is refundable and the spent part is not. If your usage already exceeded the refunded amount, the debit can take your balance below zero — catalog calls pause until a new top-up returns it positive.
What is never refundable
- Bonus and promotional credits — granted credit (for example a first top-up bonus) is never refundable, withdrawable, or transferable.
- Credits already spent on completed catalog calls.
- Failed or expired payments — these never charge you in the first place; where a charge was initiated and reversed, the reversal is automatic.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the same payment partner that processed the top-up. Card and merchant-of-record refunds follow that partner’s settlement timeline; we cannot speed it up, but we will tell you when it is submitted.
After the window
Refund requests older than 14 days are reviewed case by case at our discretion — a documented outage or a crediting failure on our side will always be made right regardless of the window.
Before a chargeback
Please email support@tapinall.com before filing a dispute with your bank — chargebacks pause your account while they are investigated, and most issues resolve faster in a direct message.
