Terms of Service.

The rules for using tapinall: one account, prepaid credits, and metered access to a catalog of third-party API tools.

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Pawbytes (“Pawbytes”, “we”, “us”), the operator of tapinall. By creating an account, buying credits, or making catalog calls, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

tapinall is a metered catalog of third-party API tools: one account and one token give your software access to API endpoints operated by third-party providers. Calls are billed per call in USD credits at the prices shown in the catalog.

Sign-in is delegated to a hosted identity provider — we never see or store your password. You are responsible for your account, your API tokens, and everything done with them. Keep tokens secret; they are per-customer credentials, not to be shared or resold.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate account information and keep a reachable email on file.

tapinall is prepaid. You buy USD credit top-ups; catalog calls draw down your balance at the per-call price shown at call time. Before every payment we show you the amount, the fee, and the exact credits you will receive — the preview is the contract for that top-up.

Payments are processed by our payment partners, who act as merchant of record where applicable and collect and remit applicable taxes at checkout. Your payment instrument details are held by them, not by us.

Catalog prices already include our margin and may change prospectively — new calls bill at the new price, already-purchased credits are unaffected. Prices are shown honestly per call on the tool page and in your usage history.

Promotional or bonus credits (for example, a first top-up bonus) are credit for service usage only. They are never refundable, withdrawable, or transferable, and expire if the offer that granted them says so.

The catalog depends on third-party providers we do not control. Endpoints can fail, rate-limit, degrade, or be withdrawn. We promise honesty, not perfection: failed calls are never charged, the catalog shows live availability, and we monitor upstream health continuously.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis without a service-level agreement.

Your use of tapinall is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. Breaching it can suspend or terminate your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that create risk for us or our payment partners, or where the law requires it. A suspended account keeps read-only dashboard access but cannot call the catalog or top up.

You can stop using the service at any time. Unused purchased credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

tapinall — the brand, code, and dashboards — is ours. The catalog endpoints and the data they return belong to their respective providers; your use of them is also subject to those providers’ terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to anyone.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the catalog, its endpoints, or the data they return will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Outputs produced by third-party providers are theirs; review them before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawbytes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the date means you accept the updated Terms.
