USE CASES FOUNDERS & PRODUCT TEAMS

MCP use cases for founders and product teams.

For founders and product managers checking a market before they build or reposition. These runs read what freelancers ask for on Reddit and Hacker News, sort a competitor app's newest store reviews by complaint, and line up five competitors by size, funding and rating. Each page shows the prompt, every tool call, the calls that failed and what the run cost.

01 / THE RUNS 3 RUNS

Pick a job.
See the bill.

Each job was run once and recorded, failed calls included.

Charges are what each run settled at, in US dollars. Calls that failed or returned nothing were not charged.

02 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
run one.

Does this replace customer interviews?

No. It shows what people already say in public, which tells you whom to interview and what to ask. The Reddit run read 7 posts and 25 comments, a starting list of questions rather than a verdict.

What does a research run cost?

The three runs here cost $0.0253, $0.0012 and $0.0015. Each call is billed from prepaid credits at the price your agent sees before it calls, and failed calls cost nothing.

Do the tools always find the data?

Not always. In these runs one funding lookup failed with a server error and was not charged, two funding profiles listed no rounds, and a Reddit search sorted by comment count returned threads on other topics. Each page keeps those calls in view so you can see what an agent tried.
