A B2B lead is a company that matches the customer you serve, plus a way to reach it. For a studio that builds business software for small firms, that means three filters: country, industry and headcount. Then a check that the headcount is real, and a contact route the company publishes.

Why one size filter is not enough
The first database took the size filter and returned 886 companies, but only 9 of the first 50 rows sat in the 11 to 50 band. The other 41 were bigger, up to 5,000 staff. Two of the 9 were Korean and Japanese firms tagged as Indonesian. The second database held the filter: all 5 rows it returned were Indonesian and in the band.
Headcount is still an estimate. All 5 companies report a bigger team than the database estimate: four say 51 to 200, one says 201 to 500. One of them, Swap, has raised $29.2 million. Read the description and funding before you treat a row as a small business.

Use the contact the company publishes
Every row from the second database came with a company phone and a LinkedIn company page. For SNG Logistic the agent counted the emails known for its domain: 2, one shared inbox and one belonging to a person. It fetched neither and read the company site instead.
The site lists a head office phone, a contact page and a 24-hour WhatsApp chat that routes to sales desks by region. That is the route the company publishes for new business, so it is the one to use. This page shows no phone numbers and no staff names.
Read the site for the pitch too. SNG Logistic already runs its own Android app and a corporate customer app, so a pitch there is integration work, not a first system.

Headcount bands are estimates from public profiles, and two sources rarely agree. Industry filters need the database's own words: "logistics and supply chain" matched nothing, while the LinkedIn label "Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage" matched 886. The run pulled no people and did not check what software these companies run beyond what their sites show.
